LabelShot The LabelShot printer applicator prints and applies labels onto products or cartons at a rate up to 30 per minute. The LabelShot printer applicator is designed with Imtec reliable technology, and is capable of accurately applying a wide variety of pressure sensitive labels. It is an ideal choice for compliance labeling applications. The low cost of the LabelShot ensures that you will realize a rapid return on investment.
ValuePro Rugged, reliable, east to use and install, Imtec's ValuePro can be installed to apply labels on the top, back, side or bottom of products or cartons. The flexible integration of the ValuePro is as simple as plugging in a photo eye to the external port or connecting a wire from a PLC to the Opto 22 I/O board. Once installed, the system is as easy to operate as a stand-alone thermal transfer printer. The circuitry of the ValuePro is fully electronic and dependable for continuing operation. Each control board is cycle-tested prior to shipment, ensuring that the unit is fully operational under demanding conditions.
ApplyPro The flexibility of Imtec's ApplyPro printer applicators makes them the ideal choice for ever-changing manufacturing environments. ApplyPro printer applicators are modular in design and have field installable options. They integrate as easily as plugging in a photo eye. The ApplyPro series install in virtually any orientation. Imtec offers a variety of applicator heads specifically designed to meet special requirements. Examples include heads for applying a label to a contoured surface, reducing label wrinkles and bubbles, and to control the application onto delicate surfaces. The applicator heads are interchangeable, allowing for flexible manufacturing on the same production line using the same printer applicator.

X2 Turbo With a throughput rate of up to 85 labels per minute (or one label every 850 milliseconds), the X2 Turbo is the fastest tamp-apply printer applicator available. The X2 Turbo, featuring high-speed, automated reliability, contains all of the innovations of Imtec's ApplyPro series of printer applicators. Accuracy of the X2 Turbo's label placement makes it an ideal choice for compliance labeling. Label sizes can range from 1.0" x 2.0" up to 5.5" x 4.0."
MicroPly The MicroPly high-performance printer applicator is especially geared to meet the exacting needs of the electronics industry. It automatically prints and applies micro-sized bar code labels at a rate of up to 30 per minute. The high precision of the MicroPly enables it to apply labels to space sensitive areas such as integrated circuits and printed circuit boards. Using Precision Print technology, the MicroPly provides high-quality condensed codes and maintains registration from one label to the next. The simple design makes it easy to integrate into your existing manufacturing line, and its small footprint and plug-n-play connections makes installation fast and smooth.

Acclaim 400 The high performance of the Acclaim 400 enables efficient logistic and distribution operations by providing the means of applying labels in high-speed applications. Protector Series 5 This printer laminator produces labels quickly and reliably, a dependable solution for creating labels that can withstand harsh industrial environments. Simply place a roll of label material and a roll of laminate into the Protector. After printing, the Protector applies the laminate atop the label. After lamination, the Protector cuts the labels precisely. Featuring an intelligent, rotary butt-cutter, Protector also adjusts automatically and reduces label waste. It handles label sizes from 1" x 1", up to 5" x 20" -- one laminator for all your needs.
